What I've been working on...

Bet you didn't know I'm a knitter! Well, I am! I used to do more knitting, but with two babies, I have to prioritize my hobbies! So, of course, quilting took the lead. That's my biggest knitting UFO. Its going to be a shawl. The yarn is just to die for! Super soft, and the colors are gorgeous!
I've also been busy appliqueing! I got block one of Anne Sutton's Autumn House just about done. I still have a little bit of embroidery to do. Then I will start on her free block of the month, "A Tiskit, a Tasket". I've been stockpiling my fabrics for that. I will be using Moda's Simplicity and Lakehouse. I found a quilt shop that still has the entire Simplicity line, so I've been buying it one half yard at a time! :)
Happy stitching, everyone!

I have that pattern... you are inspiring me to get started on it! I am also working on Anne's BOM, A Tisket A Tasket. The Simplicity line will look good with that:)

Your block looks awesome so far! I just love the Autumn House quilt. I'm doing one too, and am having a ton of fun. :) I'm also loving the Tisket a Tasket BOM, but am attempting to exercise self-restraint... we'll see how long that lasts.

Oh how I love knitting. . . & yours is beautiful! I used to knit. . . long time ago. . . but now I don't dare pick it up again . . . for the fear that I wouldn't ever put it down! (Not good for getting quilts & needlework done!)
